Dyconn Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") operates Time Tracker Pro and Time Tracker Lite (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Apps.

Information Collection and Use

Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information from users of our Apps. The Apps do not require account registration, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information to function.

Data You Create

When you use the Apps, you create data including:

• Time tracking records (start times, stop times, durations)
• Project names and descriptions
• Expense records (amounts, purchase locations, descriptions)
• Company expense information

All data you create is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party servers.

Data Storage

The Apps use a self-contained database stored on your device. Your data remains on your device at all times and is under your complete control.

Time Tracker Lite

All data is stored locally on the device where the app is installed. Data can be shared by the user through CSV file exports, but the app itself does not transmit any data.

Time Tracker Pro

All data is stored locally on the device where the app is installed. Users have the ability to:

• Export data to CSV files
• Back up and restore their database
• Receive properly formatted CSV data from companion apps

All data sharing is initiated and controlled by the user. The app itself does not automatically transmit any data.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with anyone. Since all data is stored locally on your device and we never receive or access your data, there is nothing for us to share.

You have full control over your data and may choose to:

• Export your data as CSV files
• Share exported files with accountants, clients, or other parties of your choosing
• Transfer data between devices using the export/import functionality

These sharing actions are entirely voluntary and controlled by you.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps do not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data collection tools. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or similar analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Crash reporting services
• Social media integrations

Data Deletion

Time Tracker Lite

To delete all data stored by Time Tracker Lite, uninstall the app from your device. This will permanently remove all locally stored data.

Time Tracker Pro

Time Tracker Pro includes a feature to delete all data and start fresh with a new database. This can be accessed within the app settings. Alternatively, uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored data.

Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting your data before deletion if you wish to retain a copy.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The Apps are designed for business and professional use by adults.

Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security measures. We recommend:

• Using device lock screens and passwords
• Keeping your device's operating system updated
• Using device encryption if available
• Regularly backing up your data using the app's export functionality

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

App Permissions

The Apps may request the following device permissions:

• Storage: Required to save and read your time tracking and expense data on your device
• File Access: Required to export data as CSV files and to import data from CSV files

These permissions are used solely for the core functionality of the Apps and do not enable any data collection or transmission.
